How We Can Boost Our Immune System ?

Now the questions arises how we can boost our immune system to fight against this virus , to do so your first priority should be to make your lifestyle healthier. Corona Virus COVID-19 do not attack those people who have strong immunity. For example, it mostly attacks children of 5 years age & older people above 50 years of age. If you take below precautions it will be really helpful to boost up your immune system.

Precautions To Boost Your Immune System

• Don’t smoke.
• Eat a diet which is high in fruits and vegetables.
• You should drink water or juices after every 1-2 hours.
• Avoid junk food, like burgers, sandwiches, etc.
• Make use of Pulses (Daal masur, moong, chnana, maash, etc.)
• Drink Milk and/or eat Yougurt (Dahi)
• Make use of all types of flours (Aata), like wheat, rice, maize, juar flours.
• Eat all types of fruits, like apples, bananas, strawberries, etc.
• Eggs, fish and mutton meat.
• Do Exercise regularly.
• Maintain a healthy weight.
• Avoid drinking alcohol
• Take atleast 8 hours sleep a day
• Regularly wash your hands with sanitizer or soap to avoid any infections
• Try to minimize stress.
